Do you need a business BFF? Because That’s Me!
Want to learn how to manage your home instead of having it manage you ?
Honestly no one tells you how to manage a household. You’re told you should want to be married, and have children, and own a home. They advertise with adulthood comes freedom, late nights out with friends, and ice cream for breakfast but don’t tell you how to keep track of bills or manage a household of five schedules without falling apart.
After many years with my husband and parenting and MANY mistakes from both I’m learned a few tricks on how to keep my household thriving without driving myself to exhaustion and I share it all! If you’re wanting to learn more effective ways to manage your homes busy schedule check out some of the resources below.

the 3 master steps of success
1-2-3 easy peasy steps
01
There is no right or wrong way to manage your home. There just isn’t. Your family’s dynamic, lifestyle, busy level is going to be completely different than anyone else’s but that doesn’t mean there aren’t tools out there can be used as general guides to better manage the mental load of it all. Starting off you have to get a realistic image in your head of what ways you can better manage your home and life but also accept that life isn’t perfect and SOCIAL MEDIA IS FAKE. You can better take control of your schedule and your stress but if you’re a mom, entrepreneur, and etc etc life is about balance and there is no way to completely be 100% in one area without giving some in the others AND THATS OK.
02
I don’t know if you’ve noticed the common theme between my specialty’s but I tend to start with one thing for all projects and spectrums of life and that is taking inventory ! You can’t manage what you don’t know. If you want to know where your times being spent, what time you have to build a business or start a hobby, and how to make your day to day tasks more efficient and less stressful you have to begin with INVENTORY. How many hours a day are you strolling on social media, every time you plan to have a productive day and are successful what’s the common trend that derails you. Time to take a close and personal look at your day to day and identify what’s taking up much needed space.
03
Once you see what’s consuming the most energy, time, the most mental space, causes the most stress; you can target it and attack it head first. What do I mean by this ? The best explanation is always an example. You’ve taken inventory and found you spend about 12 hours a week on laundry. So you target that task. How can I make this more efficient,? If you’re kids are old can you teach them house to push it through, is doing a load a day every night and folding it every morning something you can handle so it’s not a part of your mental load throughout the day. You find the problem and seek adjustments that can be made to solve the problem.
................
And from there you build! Getting your life on track after years of a routine that didn’t work is impossible when not done in phases, it’s essential to continuously repeat steps one and two always seeking the problem areas in your life and direct solutions for those . I talk more about this in my article “How to take back control of your home !”
Benefits of getting your home in order
Your only enemy is the clutter
01If you can find the strength to get your home in order for anything else find it for your family. How well your managing your life directly effects your stress and relationships with the ones you love. When I actively started seeking ways to better manage my home and be a better steward of the family God have my not only did it directly better my parent but also my marriage and it’s one of the main reasons I do what I do.
02Do it for yourself. I know come up with plans and breakdown your daily tasks is only adding to your list of things to do today but future you will thank you till the ends of time. You deserve better than to always be stressed and running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Work now to create the tools your future self will need.
03Do it for the child you? Remember the person you envisioned yourself as a child. I bet it wasn’t this stressed, depressed, underdressed you. You once had a dream and until you better manage your time and energy you’re only further delaying that dream.
04Do it for your calling. One of the major keys to me unlocking the success I have was realizing I was neglecting my calling. We all have a purpose here on this earth 🌍 and things God is calling us for. Is your procrastination delaying your calling.
05Do it because it has to be done. At some point you have to get fed up with your own excuses. Are you going to keep letting life happen to you or are you going to make the things you want out of life happen.

the Burning Questions
We know you have them
Quite a few questions come across my desk but some more than others. Check out some of the most frequently asked questions for a professional organizer.
Question 1
What are some ways my membership groups helps in home management?
→Every month we choose a topic of improvement that we center the month around. We provide encouragement for one another and do lesson plans to help one another tackle the daily hardships from parenthood, to marriage, to finance. And we try to approach it all from a biblical standpoint making sure it aligns with his word. Sometimes we know where the problem lies but don’t have the resources or support to do it and that’s where the group truly shines.
Question 2
How do I start in taking back control of my time?
→
Honestly this is going to look different for everyone because where your priorities lie are different but there are general steps you can take to slow taking back that control. Check out my blog article ” My five step process to each home management project .”
Question 3
Where do I begin decluttering an entire house?
→It can be overwhelming trying to fight the clutter trust me I know. It took me three rounds of full day fights to begin decluttering my garage. We try and tell ourselves things like “it’s better not to waste money if I have to buy it again” or “I may use it some day.” Listen to me and hear me GIRL STOP LYING TO YOURSELF. You haven’t touched that sweater and in three years and those “inspiration” jeans are 6 years old. You have to be honest with yourself that the clutter has taken control of your life. Start with a set amount of things to get rid of a day and build from there. Every day I try to give or throw away 5-10 items I’m not using.
Question 4
How do I stop bringing the clutter in?
→ I’m the queen of shopping for dopamine. THE QUEEN ! It’s gotten me in a ton of trouble and helped me dig a hole I had to pray my way out of. To keep myself from ever getting consumed by my clutter again I developed some tactics. You can check out some of them in my blog article “10 Ways to Keep Away the Clutter?” The best tip I have out of all of them though is to tame the wishlist! Every time I get the urge to add to my shopping wishlist I instead go through it and delete items that I think may end up putting in my donate pile later. It gives you the same release I can’t make this stuff up! It works every time and will slowly make you think twice before adding something to your cart.
